The Human Innovation Garage, is a leading coaching and advisory firm.  Our founder started in 2012 with the inspiration to position individuals and teams to impact on a global scale and create lasting impact. Frankly often a legacy.   More than a decade later, more than 100,000 people coached, value in excess of $1.7B created, and a presence on 5 continents around the world, we continue to strive for more impact by supporting global change-makers.

Our CEO and Founder Stephan K Thieringer, was awarded again in 2024 "Top 100 Global Coaching Leader" by The World Coaching Congress and The World Human Resource Conference and was named a "2023 Top 30 Global Coaching Guru", claiming a seat next to Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, John Mattone, and former ICF President Dr. Marcia Reynolds.
